Dr Togneri graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2009. Over the next 5 years he opened the University Hospital to the public while undergoing an internship followed by a residency in ABVP (general practice). During the same period he was also a Clinical Instructor for general practice, internal medicine, and ultrasonography. He then spent 5 years as a general practitioner in a private practice before joining VCA in September 2018 as the Medical director.

In my free time he enjoys cooking, gardening and hiking. His family consists of his wife Mairead and their Miniature Pinscher mix Charlotte.
