Dr. Colby Lundquist joined the VCA Katy Trail team in August 2026. A native of Owasso, Oklahoma, a suburb of Tulsa, he pursued his passion for animal care at Oklahoma State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences in 2017 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2021.
Dr. Lundquist is committed to helping animals live longer, healthier, and happier lives. He values building strong relationships with his clients and ensuring that every pet receives compassionate, individualized care. His professional interests include both medicine and surgery, allowing him to provide well-rounded care for his patients. Dr. Lundquist is also Fear Free Certified, reflecting his dedication to minimizing stress and anxiety for pets during their visits.
Outside of work, Dr. Lundquist enjoys staying active through outdoor activities and exercise, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. He is also an avid sports fan with a particular love for football. At home, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Milo, a Chihuahua/terrier mix.
