Dr. Herrman has been the Medical Director at VCA Kirkwood Animal Hospital since 2000. She has been a veterinarian at this hospital since 1985.
She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Delaware. She received her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
When Dr. Herrman is not working, she enjoys all outdoor activities, especially adventure traveling.

My name is Megan Laverty. As long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for animals, both large and small. I always seem to remember having an interest in any animal I saw. I took Small Animal Science in High School and fell even more in love! I was always interested in diseases and the healing process, and realizing that there is always something new to learn.
