Dr. Alexandra Glenn-Burrows grew up locally in Santa Fe Springs, CA. She received her BS from Cal Poly Pomona in Animal Science/Pre-Vet, where she was involved in various agricultural clubs. She volunteered at the Marine Mammal Care Center in San Pedro during her time as an undergrad. She attended THE Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. While in Ohio, she was a member of the student chapter of AVMA as well as the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association. She graduated in 2018 and decided to return to California, her home state, to practice veterinary medicine. Though she enjoys seeing animals for any reason, she has a passion for ophthalmology and radiology. In her free time, she enjoys biking to the beach with her husband, spending time with her two cats (Geordi and Data) and playing video games. She is also an avid Star Wars fan and loves old movies. She is a huge Disneyland fan and would spend every free moment there if she could.
