Originally from Long Island, New York, Ann began her career in veterinary medicine over 28 years ago as a receptionist. Prior to that, she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology. Ann assisted in all facets of the hospital and was promoted to hospital manager in 2000. Soon after, she was asked to accept the responsibility of managing a second facility simultaneously; and did so for another 10 years.
Ann enjoys the fast pace and daily challenges of a busy animal hospital. Encouraging staff and doctors to work together as a cohesive team to ensure pets receive the best care available is a passion of hers! She has been fortunate to assist and interact with many species of animals, such as pigs, rabbits, owls, etc., at her previous practice in New York.
Ann relocated to Florida in 2019 and is pleased to be at Little Animal Hospital and be a part of the Southeast group of VCA.
Ann still considers her former hospital rabbit, Buns, to be her own! However, here in Florida, she and her husband have three mixed breed dogs named Bean (pictured), Pepper, and their newest pup, Junior
