Rachelle is our "Patient Support Services" technician and "go-to" nurse for client education and guidance. She is originally from Sullivan County, PA, and currently resides in Lycoming County, PA. She joined us in 2018 after a varied career in veterinary medicine. She earned her CVT license in 1999 after graduating from Johnson College in Scranton, PA. With over 26 years of experience, she is a very well-rounded team member. Her favorite aspects of working in veterinary medicine are anesthesia/surgery, and client education, and she is very passionate about helping others by providing support services for our clients and patients.
When not found here at the hospital, Rachelle can be found spending time with her pets and her fiancé Mark. Her protective Pomeranian, Scotch, has helped her through some of the most challenging years of her life, and her cat, Odin, is an adorable, very affectionate, super-shedder whose favorite pastime is yelling for more food. Rachelle enjoys spending time pursuing various outdoor activities, cooking/baking, watching good movies, photography, arts/crafts, puzzles, and a challenging LEGO build.
