Rachel has been working at VCA Midwest Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center since May of 2014. From an early age she had a passion for animals, from the rabbits she breeds to the patients she cares for every day at VCA.
She graduated with honors at the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Major in Biology, and is currently working towards a Masters in Biology with an emphasis in Microbiology. She has been accepted in to the Veterinary Technician program at Iowa Western for the Fall of 2016 to help her on her lifelong dedication towards helping animals.
When she is not being studious she is spending quality time with her two dogs; Nigel and Evette.
