Rebecca is the Laboratory Technician for VCA MidWest Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center. She is a Licensed Veterinary Technician and graduated from Vatterott with an Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. In her role as a Laboratory Technician Rebecca, performs various tests in clinic and prepares samples to be sent to outside laboratories. Her primary focus is providing quality patient care by efficiently and knowledgeably performing laboratory tests needed. Rebecca has years of experience in the field and has also worked in veterinary pharmaceutical research.
Rebecca is an active horsewoman and enjoys foxhunting, showing and trail riding in her spare time. She also is an active member of the American Dairy Goat Association and has a small herd of Nubians that she raises to show.
Rebecca has a full farm at home including horses, goats, chickens, geese, cats and a tortoise. She also has 6 dogs: 4 Boston Terriers (Farrah, Daisy, Chaplin and Chelsea),a min. poodle (Stetson) and a yorkie/pomeranian (Bonzai) Added to this are two sons and one understanding husband.
