Dr. Ojeda is originally from Bakersfield, California and received her DVM degree from Colorado State University in 1993. She has enjoyed caring for pets and their owners here at VCA Nellis Animal Hospital since 1993. She enjoys chatting with clients, learning more about them and their interests, and advocating for their pets. When not at work, she participates in Career Day and Reading Fairs at neighborhood schools. Dr. Ojeda is an active member of the Tortoise Group where she volunteers to teach children how to examine their school tortoise, create field notes, teach husbandry, and give anatomy lessons.
