Dr. Taylor received her veterinary degree from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Canada in 1989. She then completed a Small Animal internship and ophthalmology residency at Cornell University followed with board certification in ophthalmology in 1994. Dr. Taylor was clinical associate at the Ontario Veterinary College for one year followed by five years in private practice in the Midwest prior to starting her position at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists.

Dr. Taylor's special interests include disease and surgery of the cornea and ocular manifestations of systemic disease.

When not working, Dr. Taylor enjoys travel, books, outdoor sports and gardening.
