Dr. Alan Shanker is OCVH. He has been a veterinarian in the hospital for over 40 years, dating back to the days when we were 60% small animals and 40% large animals. His expertise and caring ways has had dedicated clients bringing their family's pets to our hospital for generations.  

Dr. Shanker and his wife Pam, live out of the area, but he still finds time to fill in at our office and we couldn't be happier! When he is not here, they love to spend time with their beautiful, grown up daughters; Elisha, Deena, and Rebecca, and their wonderful grandchildren!
