Dr. Troy Hexter grew up in Columbus, Ohio. He comes from a family where he always had a love for animals. He went to Ohio State University for his undergraduate and The Ohio State University for his Doctorate. He lives with his wife in the Hudson Valley on his mini-farm; they have 5 horses, 3 goats, 6 ducks, 4 dogs, 1 pig and 6 cats! His grown daughters live out of the area, (they also share his love for animals having 2 dogs, 2 cats and a horse between them both!) In Dr. Hexter's spare time he likes to go fly fishing!
