Emily Tepler, DVM (she/her), is a veterinarian at VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Oberlin College in 2017, followed by a two-year pre-medical post-baccalaureate program at Mills College. She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2025.
Originally from Rye, New York, Dr. Tepler has special interests in emergency medicine, neurology, and ophthalmology.
Outside of work, she enjoys singing, playing guitar and piano, camping, hiking, and board games. She shares her life with two sweet domestic long-haired cats.
