Dr. Valentine’s passion for veterinary medicine began while growing up in Orange County, New York. Her parents encouraged a deep compassion for animals, often helping care for sick, injured, and lost animals in their community. During her time at SUNY Binghamton, she volunteered at a local animal shelter and assisted the veterinarian on staff. Seeing how veterinary medicine could restore health and bring hope to both animals and the people who love them inspired Dr. Valentine to pursue a career dedicated to helping pets live healthier lives.

Dr. Valentine earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in North Grafton, Massachusetts. Over the past decade, she has cared for pets in veterinary hospitals throughout New York and New Jersey, developing experience in small animal medicine and soft tissue surgery while continuing to deepen her knowledge in areas such as feline health, ophthalmology, diagnostic ultrasound, and pain management.
Dr. Valentine believes the best veterinary care is built on trust, communication, and partnership. She works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed and supported in every decision related to their pet’s health. By focusing on clear communication and low-stress handling techniques, she strives to create a positive environment where both pets and their families feel comfortable and confident during each visit.
