Dr. Alina McClain is originally from North Carolina. She went to Notre Dame for undergrad (GO IRISH!) and then pursued the life-long dream of becoming a veterinarian at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with Honors. Her husband is a Naval Aviator, so she has lived all over the country, but they are glad to be finally settling in Maryland! Dr. McClain particularly enjoys ultrasound, pain management, and client education. In her time off she enjoys playing with her two cats (Kit and Nox), reading, hiking, snow skiing, baking, and sampling the amazing variety of restaurants in our Maryland/DC region. Her daughters, Sydney and Amelia, are glad to be back in Maryland and currently attend Leonardtown schools.
