Dr. O'Connor started working at VCA Three Notch Animal Hospital in July 1999. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 1998. She focuses on dogs and cats. Her medical interests center on internal medicine and abdominal ultrasonography. Dr. O'Connor is originally from Leonardtown, MD. She attended St. Mary's Ryken High School and received her BA from St. Mary's College. She currently lives in Solomons, MD, with her husband and three pets. They have a miniature dachshund, Wookie, and two cats, Leia and Vader. Dr. O'Connor and her husband spend most of their free time sailing. Wookie, who loves the boat, is their first mate and mascot.
