Jesús

Jesús is a veterinarian from Venezuela whose passion for animal care began at an early age. Growing up surrounded by animals, he always knew they would play an important role in his life. His decision to pursue veterinary medicine was deeply influenced by a personal experience when one of his dogs became ill, and his family could not afford the treatment she needed. That experience inspired him to dedicate his life to helping animals and supporting the people who love them.

Jesús earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in Venezuela at the age of 23 and practiced veterinary medicine before moving to the United States. Although he is not currently licensed to practice as a veterinarian in the U.S., he continues to fulfill his passion by working as a veterinary assistant, where he is able to combine his love for both medicine and animals.

One of his favorite aspects of veterinary medicine is the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families. As a native Spanish speaker and someone who has experienced the challenges of adapting to a new culture, Jesús understands how important it is for clients to feel seen, heard, and supported. He takes pride in building meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds and helping them navigate their pets' care in their own language.

Outside of work, Jesús enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and learning new languages. Cats are his favorite animals because of their unique personalities and independent nature.

An interesting fact about Jesús is that he strongly believes that small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact. He often says that a smile and a simple "good morning" can help more than we realize—a philosophy that guides both his personal life and the compassionate care he provides every day.
