Dr. Chelsea Foglia was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. She graduated with her Veterinary Degree from the University of Georgia in 2016. She has a special interest in dermatology, surgery and dentistry. She has a special soft spot for all those adorable puppies and kittens on their way to a lifetime of wellness! When she is not working, Dr. Chelsea enjoys spending time with her cat named Futz and hiking outdoors with her dogs, Loki and Ripley.
