Dr. Tonya Shackelford was a member of a military family and grew up traveling around the United States. She received both her Bachelor's degree and Veterinary degree from Virginia Tech. She joined our practice in 2005. Her specialty interests include ultrasound, ophthalmology, and dermatology.

Dr. Shackelford and her husband Lee have two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys biking, hiking, and spending time with her kids.
