Hi! My name is Gina. I was born and raised in East County here in San Diego. I have been in veterinary medicine for over 30 years in the Rancho Bernardo/4S Ranch area. I have always had a special connection with animals. I grew up riding horses and taking care of all kinds of pets including dogs, cats, mice, rats, guinea pigs, goats, horses, ferrets, rabbits, potbellied pigs and llamas. I am passionate about rescuing, especially dogs; I like to rescue the underdog. My past 2 dogs were both rescued from the shelter, and most recently I adopted a black pitbull mix named Waylon and I adore him! When I'm not at work, I am usually outside gardening, watching crime documentaries or hanging out with Waylon. I love working with the team here at VCA 4 Paws Animal Hospital because we genuinely love and care for the hospital, our clients and especially their pets.
