Hello, my name is Nikola Savcic and I work as a veterinarian at VCA A Plus Animal Hospital. I moved to the United States in June of 2001 and started working at A Plus Animal Hospital in July of the same year. I graduated vet school in Belgrade, Serbia, Europe and have been working in various positions with this company from veterinary assistant and receptionist, to Licensed Veterinary Technician and now doctor.

I enjoy traveling all around the world and experiencing different cultures. I competed in swimming events in the Olympic Games in 2000, in Sydney, Australia, and still coach a local swim team in Reno, Nevada. In my free time, I do Bikram Yoga, swim and spend time with friends. I adopted a hospital cat, Leto Atreides II, and try spending a lot of quality time with this spoiled kitty.

Dental health and internal medicine are my special interests and I look forward to helping pets daily.
