Garrett Mussmann, DVM, received his undergraduate degree at University of Montana Western in Dillon, MT, and graduated from veterinary school in spring of 2024 from Washington State. Dr. Mussmann is originally from Murtaugh, Idaho, but is currently living in Melrose, Montana, on their family ranch. Dr. Mussmann has a professional interest in small animal preventive medicine, soft tissue surgery and oral health. In Dr. Mussmann's spare time, he rides his five horses, Poser, Tobee, Duke, Rodney and Regina, all while helping his family out on the ranch. Dr. Mussman says he is very excited to have the opportunity to work at VCA Amherst, serving our community of Butte to help improve pets and their owners' lives!
