Anna is passionate about clear communication and thoughtful care. She listens closely to client concerns, answers questions with patience, and works to ensure families always feel informed and confident in their pet’s care. What Anna enjoys most about her role is forming meaningful connections with families and being part of their pet’s care journey. Outside of the hospital, Anna enjoys thrifting and exploring antique stores, appreciating the stories and character behind unique finds. She also loves spending time with her niece and nephews, experiences that reflect her warmth, patience, and genuine love for connecting with others.
