Livi started at VCA in January 2021 but has been in the veterinary field for about 4 years now and before that she was still surrounded by animals. Growing up in the country with lots of dogs, cats, rabbits, some horses and goats. The family always had a passion to help animals when she was growing up so they would volunteer at animal shelters and foster through them. Livi recently got married in 2020 and her and her husband have 3 dogs. Riley is a 9 year old silky hair terrier mix and is Livi's heart dog who is a couch potato at heart like her. Then there is Lexxi, who is 5 year old flat coated retriever mix whose true calling is actually being an excavator and digging holes in the back yard. Finally, there is the troublesome 3 year old named Waylon. He is a Great Dane mix and only loves his dad.

Livi is currently in school to become a radiologist technician. Along the way so far she has received her national health care certification and degree in phlebotomy and also a degree in health care specialty. When not at work or school, Livi spends most her time at home with the dogs or out with friends. She has tried to plant a flower bed but learned she doesn't have a green thumb. Livi also enjoys riding her quad on nice days and is known as a wild child with a lead foot.
