Alex grew up in the south Chicago suburbs in the Oak Lawn area. He has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and is currently working towards a Communications degree at Joliet Junior College. Previously, Alex supervised our reception team, and then our entire hospital during the night shift prior to moving into a care coordinator role in our Specialty Surgery department.

Alex's professional interests include digital communications, marketing, large-scale social media management, and the psychology of the customer experience.

In his free time, Alex enjoys playing video games, collecting figurines, stuffed animals, and art, as well as vinyl records. He has two dogs, a husky mix named Pabu and a dachshund named Gaara.
