I was born and raised in Westminster, MD, and moved to Hanover, PA, in the beginning of 2020. I have always had an interest in veterinary medicine, but just recently got into the field a few years ago. I started in the emergency field as a receptionist and quickly moved up to a veterinary assistant position. I am currently in school to become a Certified Vet Tech. My passion truly lies with surgical and sedated procedures. I eventually want to work my way to working with the big cats. Yes! Lions, tigers and leopards—OH MY! I love cats of all shapes, sizes, and spiciness! I have 3 cats of my own who are all unique in their own way. Although I am biased towards cats, I do still love animals of all kinds. I can't wait to learn and grow more with the VCA family.
