Tom has been with VCA for 15 years. Prior to joining the VCA Durant Road Animal Hospital team in October of 2021, he was the Hospital Administrator at VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Center in Fairfax, Virginia for 14 years.

Tom is an accomplished veterinary practice administrator who applies his knowledge of veterinary science with a profound love of animals to ensure optimal care. He is especially skilled at overseeing hospital operations. He is adept at dealing with pet owners in a compassionate and professional manner.

Prior to VCA, Tom served as the Director of Administration & Operations for the Council of Better Business Bureaus, as well as working for the Federal Government (GSA). Tom is a seasoned and results-driven professional with wide-ranging experience in operational and administrative management.

Tom holds a degree in Business Administration.

Tom grew up in Northern VA, prior to recently moving to North Carolina. Tom enjoys most outdoor activities and is a seasoned gardener.
