Jacquelyn was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and is a Vancouver, Washington local. She entered into the veterinary field in 2015 and has been at VCA East Mill Plain Animal Hospital since February of 2022 as our co-hospital manager.
Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is that it is a field of constant growth and that we get the privilege to provide care to clients and their patients. Her heart is extra soft for feline patients. Jacquelyn is cross trained in all areas of the hospital and enjoys utilizing her technical skills and supporting the team. Leading a team and managing a veterinary hospital has always been her goal and we are happy to have her on the EMPAH team.
Jacquelyn lives with her two rescue cats: Eleven, a blue point Birman, and Maximo, a grey and orange tabby. When she is not working, she is spending time with her family and operating their small family business in the heart of Downtown, Vancouver.
