Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For these reasons, we recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering our reception room.
Hospital Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, and cash.
Care Credit is a client payment plan that you can use for all your pet's healthcare needs and allows you to finance up to 100% of treatment costs. With 6 months interest free, low minimum monthly payments, and no annual fees, it enables you to get the care your pet needs immediately including preventive, emergency, and surgical treatment. Apply online at: www.carecredit.com or stop by our office and we can help you with an application.
We offer a 10% active military discount on medical services and regular prescription drugs. Please present your military ID each visit and be actively serving.*
*This offer is not good with any other discount.
Patient No Show Policy
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your scheduled appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide at least 24 hours notice by calling the office at 315-468-3446, sending us an e-mail at [email protected] or sending us a text at 831-220-8394. This will enable another client waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that slot.
Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without communicating with us about cancelling will be considered as a no show. Any future appointments after one no show will require a $60.00 deposit to reserve your appointment slot. Continuous no shows may result in discharge from the practice.
