Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Jordy Waller has called Seattle home for about three years. She earned her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Since graduating from veterinary school in 2009, she has worked in both general and emergency practices.

While Dr. Waller does love a good emergency, in recent years she has developed a keen interest in dermatology, surgery, and preventive medicine, as well as a desire to have lasting relationships with pets and their people.

In her time away from the clinic, Dr. Waller enjoys running, coaching youth soccer, nordic skiing, and taking care of the family's various pets, including a sweet black kitty named Honey Crisp, four Madagascar giant hissing cockroaches, six laying hens, and approximately 100,000 honey bees. And last but not least, she loves spending lots of time with her wife, Marcella, and their two children, Atticus (9) and Rosemary (7).
