Melanie came to us from the service industry, where she immediately put her expert customer service skills to use. She enjoys meeting new folks and their companions. Witnessing the human-animal bond is gratifying to her. She understands that bond because of her connection to her two felines, Bimbo, an American Shorthair, and Michie, a British Shorthair. Born and raised in Reno, Melanie enjoys the outdoors by hiking, paddleboarding, and anything else that keeps her outside.
