Dr. Kathryn (Kat) Kammerer is a dedicated and experienced veterinarian with a lifelong passion for animal care and strengthening the human-animal bond. Originally from the scenic Wasatch Mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Kammerer earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Westminster University while working for a decade as a veterinary technician. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Washington State University.

Corie has been a dedicated part of the VCA Lakeview Animal Hospital team since 1990. Corie believes that a strong, supportive team is the foundation of excellent veterinary medicine, and she is passionate about creating an environment where both staff and clients feel valued and respected.
