Phoenix grew up in Los Gatos and joined the VCA Animal Hospital of Los Gatos team in 2016. She's held several roles over the years and is currently a client service representative.
Phoenix is Fear Free Certified and focused on making vet visits as stress free as possible for both pets and owners. She has a particular interest in pet nutrition. She enjoys getting to know clients and their pets and loves seeing patients grow up.
Outside of work, Phoenix enjoys photography, cooking, knitting, and painting. At home, she has two dogs: Asuna, a 10-year-old Korean Meat Market Dog, and Kashi, a 4-year-old Shiba Inu.
