Client Service Representative

Originally from Connecticut, Olivia joined the VCA Northside team in 2025 after relocating to Pennsylvania in 2022. With over 15 years of experience managing a large-scale boarding, grooming, and day care facility, she brings a wealth of knowledge in animal behavior, wellness, and client relations to our front desk. In her previous role, Olivia wore many hats—from supervising staff and administering medications to managing social media and even overseeing a saltwater swimming pool for dogs! Despite the facility's size, she took pride in making every client feel like family. After moving to PA, she searched for that same sense of connection and found it here at VCA Northside, where she now serves as a CSR and helps manage our social media engagements. 

Outside of work, she is a nature lover who finds joy in making people smile. She shares her home with her beloved dog, Princess (a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix), and her fiancé, Julian. While she loves all creatures, the octopus holds a special place in her heart.
