April began her veterinary career in 2016. She has held multiple roles within the field including client service specialist, veterinary assistant, and certified veterinary technician after graduating with an AAS in Veterinary Technology from Trident Technical College in 2018. She brings a wealth of knowledge to VCA Spring Creek Animal Care Hospital, having extensive experience in both general practice and emergency veterinary care.

April relocated to Jackson from her home in South Carolina in 2024 and is thrilled to be a part of the local community. She enjoys traveling, music festivals, and the company of her various pets, currently a dog, a cat, an axolotl, a ball python, and a very grumpy uromastyx.
