Boarding drop-offs are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Holidays please call for time. Boarding pick-up is 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, and before 1:00 pm on Saturday. Please be prepared to spend time on paperwork and check-in.
Drop-off for baths is 8:00 am - 9:00 am so we can be sure to have your pet bathed and dry before your pickup in the afternoon.
When your pet is scheduled for surgery, please bring your pet in from, 7:00 am - 7:30 am. Please be prepared to spend time on paperwork and check-in. Pick up from surgery will be given when the doctor calls with an update.
