Shelby has been a valued member of the VCA Stafford Oaks team since 2015. She began her journey in the kennel and, through her dedication and passion for patient care, became cross-trained as a technician before transitioning into her role at the front desk.
As a receptionist, Shelby takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both clients and their pets. She is committed to guiding each visit with compassion and care, helping clients feel comfortable and confident throughout their time at the hospital. Her strong teamwork, reliability, and genuine love for animals make her an integral part of the team.
