When your pet has a boarding reservation, you must bring your pet in at least 1 hour before we close. The hospital is open for drop-offs Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am - 11:00 am.
When your pet is scheduled for grooming, the drop-off times are between 8:00 am - 9:00 am.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, please fast your pet (no food or water) after 9:00 pm the night prior to surgery. Drop-off times are between 7:45 am - 8:15 am.
