Dr. Vu was born and raised in Orange County, California. She earned an undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Cal Poly Pomona then moved to Arizona, where she earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at Midwestern University. She then moved back to California to complete a small animal rotating internship here at VCA ASEC. Since then, she has remained on as an emergency and critical care clinician. Her professional interests include treating trauma and gastrointestinal emergencies. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, food, traveling, the great outdoors, and taking the dogs along whenever possible! She also has no problem spending a whole day cozying up on the couch watching TV. She lives with her husband and two dogs (Flapjack the Chihuahua and Sierra the Siberian husky).
