Dr. Crespo-Szabo received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University. After completing a small animal rotating internship at VCA Animal Specialty and Emergency Center, she spent three years working as an emergency clinician in Northern California. She then went on to become a board-certified specialist in small animal internal medicine, after completing a specialty internship and residency in Orlando, Florida. She has since returned to Southern California, where she grew up. Dr. Crespo-Szabo has extensive training in the broad field of small animal internal medicine, but is especially interested in endocrinology, nephrology and urology, and endoscopy.
