Dr. Ford, BVMS, DACVIM, graduated from the University of Glasgow College of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery in 2022. She completed a small animal rotating internship at VCA California Veterinary Specialists Carlsbad in 2023.
She went on to complete a small animal internal medicine residency at the Ohio State University during which time she was awarded an American Kennel Club Clinician Fellowship, published original research in the area of canine chronic enteropathy, and completed additional training in veterinary nutrition. Dr. Ford has a special interest in nutrition, gastroenterology, and immune-mediated diseases. Dr. Ford became board-certified in 2026.
In her free time, Dr. Ford enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and two dogs (Brooklyn and Blitzen).
