Dr. Regan was born and raised in San Jose, CA. She completed her Bachelors degree at San Jose State University and went to earn her DVM from Royal Veterinary College at the University of London in 2015, the same year she joined us at VCA Blossom Hill. Her favorite part of her job is educating clients about the best ways to care for their pet, and seeing puppies and kittens start out as babies and grow into healthy adult dogs and cats.

In her free time, Dr. Regan can be found spending time with her husband as well as friends and family, doing Pilates, traveling, or enjoying a great glass of wine.
