Born in San Diego and raised in Temecula, California, where she's lived since the age of five, Marisa has built her personal and professional life in this vibrant community. She has been part of the team at VCA for the past three years, gaining valuable experience in the veterinary field while working alongside a dedicated team of animal care professionals. Marisa is also pursuing her education to become a licensed Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), a role that aligns with her passion for animal welfare and medicine.

Marisa shares her home with three beloved pets: Coco, her loyal dog, and Bonnie and Clyde, two-spirited cats. Her journey into the veterinary medical field began with a lifelong love for animals.
