Dr. Jennifer Ramirez is thrilled to be practicing in Idaho! As a Louisiana native, she feels right at home with the people of Idaho and their pets. Since earning her DVM degree from Louisiana State University in 2007, she has practiced in small animal practice, emergency animal practice and has been a technical consultant for the largest animal health companies. Dr. Ramirez is Fear Free Certified, which means she takes every effort to reduce fear, anxiety and stress for your pets during their exams. In addition to the Fear Free practice approach, her interests include geriatric medicine and pain management. When she is not at work, you can find her traveling, reading books, watching LSU sports or visiting with family. When Dr. Ramirez and her husband (a veterinary radiologist) aren't discussing cases, they LOVE spoiling their boxers and their cat, Julius.
