Dr. Diva Malinowski Green is the medical director at VCA Old Canal Animal Hospital in Plainville, Connecticut. She is originally from Newington, CT and has wanted to be a veterinarian all her life! She attended local private schools, Mooreland Hill School and Miss Porter's School, before beginning on her cross-country journey to become a veterinarian!

Nicole started her career 27 years ago with VCA. She graduated from Becker College in Leicester, MA, in 1999 with a degree in animal science. In 2000, she passed the test to become a certified veterinary technician. She worked at VCA Valley in South Windsor for 12 years, as an assistant, then a technician, then as a technician supervisor. In 2009, she was promoted to manager at VCA Vernon where she spent another 10 years. Nicole has been with VCA Old Canal since January 2020 and continues on her path to further her career in veterinary medicine and business management.
