Rebecca ("Becca") is the hospital manager at VCA Southeast Portland Animal Hospital. She joined the team in April 2025 after relocating from Los Angeles, where she spent over three years in various leadership roles at a different VCA hospital, including office manager and administrative director. Becca brings four years of retail leadership experience to her role in veterinary health care, where her passion for people and pets thrives.
With a bachelor's degree in sociology, Becca brings a people-centered approach to her work. She is a dedicated patient and client advocate who values empathy, kindness, and fairness in all aspects of care and team collaboration. Known for her commitment to creating a positive, supportive work environment, she is passionate about Associate development and fostering a culture of growth. She is deeply committed to fostering an environment where every client, patient, and Associate feels welcomed, respected, and valued—embracing all who walk through the hospital doors.
Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time with her two beloved dogs—Crinkle Cut (a Standard poodle) and Tate-R-Tot (an Australian shepherd). She also loves music, reading, doing her own nails, shopping, and connecting with family.
