Dr. Victoria Carter is originally from Canada and earned her B.Sc (Hons) from the University of Guelph in 2013. She then pursued her veterinary degree at the University of Edinburgh, completing her BVM&S in 2019. Afterward, she moved to New York, completing a rotating internship and an internal medicine internship at Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Services in Rochester. She finished her residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 2024.
Dr. Carter has a special interest in treating infectious and immune-mediated diseases in small animals.
A passionate rugby fan, she played for her university's women's team in Scotland. She lives with her husband and their two rescue cats, Scotty and Olivia.
