Born and raised in the small city/town of Bethlehem, PA, with four siblings, Alaina spent most of her extra time on the diamond or the court. She never had pets growing up but found an immense passion for them early on in life. Now, she lives with her partner and seven pets in the cozy small town of Dover, PA. Their names are Bee Marie (Husky/Golden Mix), Valley Mae (Golden Retriever), Bubbles (Boston Terrier), Kookaburra (black cat), Bindee (calico), Oliver (ragdoll), and Rocket (gray tabby). There is never a dull moment in their household!
Dr. Loguidice did her undergraduate work at Saint Joseph's University as a biology major and was a D1 softball player and the captain of her team. Her veterinary career took off on the beautiful Caribbean island of St Kitts at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her schooling at the Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine for her clinical year. This family-oriented Pennsylvanian loves to balance her life by spending time with loved ones, watching movies or TV with her partner, being outdoors (i.e. hiking, biking, water activities), cross-fitting, travelling, or playing sports (currently in a softball league). Whenever she can, she tries to visit her family from across the country and enjoy home-cooked Italian meals. She has a strong liking towards emergency medicine, small mammal dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and nutrition.
