The friendly, professional staff at VCA Animal Hospitals is made up of dedicated individuals who have made it their mission to help pets live long, healthy lives. Dr. Sarah Beard
DVM Medical Director
Dr. Beard graduated from Michigan State University in 1998 with a BS in Zoology and in 2001 with her DVM degree. She has been at VCA White Lake since 2002. Dr. Beard currently has hour dogs at home: Louie, a black lab; Henry, a golden retriever; Hattie, a yorkie mix; and Ollie, a yorkie. She also has a cat named Daisy. When not working, you can find Dr. Beard outside. She loves kayaking, hiking with the dogs, and traveling.
