Hello, my name is Elena and I am a client service representative at VCA A Plus Animal Hospital. I started working as a kennel assistant, and moved my way into the reception area. I am from Reno, but lived in Seattle for three years, then came back home. I joined the veterinary field because I have always had a passion and love for animals. I grew up going to Mexico and working on my uncle’s farm, helping vaccinate cattle and helping feed them/etc. I have four animals – a sweet soft, little boy named Leonidas who always has his tongue out, three cats—a crazy and wild howler named Calypso, a sweet but spicy alpha boy named Cloud, and a sweet little fur ball and purr machine named Nobu. I don’t have much free time since I am a mother, but I like to read, paint, craft, and crochet.
